The MySports Member Platform allows you to offer trials, ensuring that potential clients always have easy access to your studio. They can be conveniently booked on the website.

Let’s calculate how many members you’d need to convert from trial sessions to cover the basic subscription cost of the MySports Member Platform.

Assuming an average membership fee of €50 per month, you’d only need to convert 3 members/month to cover the platform cost. For example, if your studio offers 5 trial sessions per week and achieves a 50% conversion rate, you’ll gain 10 new members per month, generating €500 in recurring revenue.

Even at this modest conversion rate, the platform more than pays for itself and opens the door to significantly boosting your studio’s profitability.

Trial Trainings Configuration

You can configure trial sessions in a few simple steps in your Magicline account. You have the flexibility to customize your trial session by uploading an appealing image and showing your studio’s philosophy. Additionally, you can choose the information prospects must provide when booking a trial session. Define the periods and frequency for trial sessions, and assign trainers to oversee them. Whether to offer it for free or at a cost is up to you. With many customization options, you can tailor your offer to fit your studio and coaching concept.

Once you’ve configured your trial session and made it available for online booking, it will be shown directly to your prospects on your MySports website.

Interested people can now view your offers and book them easily, even without an existing contract. Automated reminders, customized by you, will help ensure that they arrive on time and well-prepared for their trial session. This way, you’ve already increased the chances of converting them into members.

Day Passes: Flexible Access to Your Studio

In addition to trial sessions, day passes are another effective tool on the MySports Member Platform for attracting new members and increasing revenue. These are not only a great offer for prospective clients of your studio but also convenient for travelers, commuters, and many others. Day passes allow training with flexibility and without any contract commitment—exactly what many are currently looking for.

How Day Passes Can Drive Revenue

It’s easy to see how day passes can drive more revenue for your studio. Let’s do a hypothetical calculation of how many day passes your studio needs to sell to cover the monthly expense of the MySports Member Platform.

Assuming the average price of a day pass is €15, covering the basic plan would require selling just 10 day passes per month, while the premium plan would require 24 day passes. This means that by selling only 2-3 day passes per week, you can fully cover the cost of the basic plan, and 6 passes per week covers the premium plan.

These numbers are highly achievable, especially considering the demand for flexible, commitment-free options like day passes. Just like trial sessions, your day or week passes are displayed on the website for direct booking with direct online payments. Additionally, you can offer your prospects the option to pay later for the pass only after using your studio.

Maximum Flexibility: Mapping Contract Options and Driving Revenue

After a successful trial session or day pass use, you can turn the prospect into a real member with MySports. The platform simplifies the entire process, allowing it to be fully digital, rather than handled physically at your studio.

Similarly to the previously introduced features, you also have various customization options for presenting your contracts. In addition to standard details like price, duration, and payment interval, you can set offer periods, define bookable modules (such as personal training, body measurements, etc.), or add an activation fee.

In addition to your studio’s MySports website, you can also create targeted landing pages for your offers and integrate them into campaigns. This way, your prospects can quickly see the options you provide.

Depending on the products you’re using, you can also complete the contract signing through the Magicline app via tablet directly on the training floor, alongside new customers. All settings are imported from Magicline and are immediately available for the new member’s signature via the sales tool.
